What are the conditions of return?

All products can be a credit or a refund except those having been the subject of a customization.
In accordance with the General conditions of sale Lalla Chiffon.com, only items returned in their original (labels, box, plastic... pouches) packaging will be accepted. Accordingly, washed or worn clothing returns, as well as boxes damaged will not be accepted.

How soon can I retract me?
